“They took a lot,” Trump said. “I think they took my will. I found out yesterday. I said, ‘Where is it?’”

“I think they took my will,” he continued. “That could cause a lot of problems.”

“That could cause a lot of problems if that gets published for people who won’t be so happy, or maybe will be very happy,” he added.

“I was in New Jersey,” Trump went on. “I got a call in the morning from somebody that’s here. ‘Sir, the FBI just came in.’ I said, ‘What? The FBA? Who?’ And they go, ‘The FBI.’ And I said, ‘How many people?’ And he said, ‘Many, many people, sir. Many, many people.’”

Donald Trump also argued that presidents can declassify documents just by “thinking about it.”

“Is there a process? What was your process to declassify?” Hannity asked.

“There doesn’t have to be a process, as I understand it,” Trump responded. “You know, different people say different things, but as I understand it there doesn’t have to be.”

In the latest in the court battle over the documents seized at Mar-a-Lago, the special master overseeing the documents investigation has ordered Trump’s lawyers to back up out-of-court claims that the FBI may have planted evidence during their search.

Judge Raymond Dearie, the court-appointed special master, issued the new order on Thursday. The order came just two days after the first in-person hearing with Trump’s lawyers and federal prosecutors.
