Dr. Anthony Fauci, fresh off of an epic beatdown in the Senate from Senator Rand Paul, is back with a warning for America about the fizzled out Covid-19 pandemic. It’s not over yet. Watch:
“Hopefully, the more people that get vaccinated and boosted and the more people that realize the importance of when you have a high level of viral dynamics, that when you’re in an indoor setting, you should wear a mask, even though the whole world including the United States and the U.K. are just worn out and tired by this outbreak, it isn’t over yet,” Fauci warned. “People need to realize it is never going to go back to zero. That’s not the nature of this virus.”
It’s important to realize that Dr. Anthony Fauci is fearmongering over an endemic virus that Americans almost universally have antibodies to fight.
In March, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky said that 95% of Americans have at least “some” protection against Covid, also due in part to natural immunity from prior infections.
“We also know that it tends to cause less severe disease correcting for comorbidities, correcting for vaccine status and booster status,” she said. “We have seen that Omicron specifically causes less severe disease, less hospitalizations, less ICU stays and less death correcting for all of those things. So that is true of Omicron. Specifically.”
“We also know that in this country because of vaccines because of boosters and because of protection from prior disease, infection-induced immunity (natural immunity) that about 95% of people in this country have some level of protection,” she said.
It is also nearly indisputable that masks are not only worthless against Covid-19, they might be potentially be harmful for people’s mental wellbeing and for society in general.
A peer-reviewed journal article in Cureus called the “Correlation Between Mask Compliance and COVID-19 Outcomes in Europe” recently showed that, “[Un-]Surprisingly, weak positive correlations were observed when mask compliance was plotted against morbidity (cases/million) or mortality (deaths/million) in each country.”
“While no cause-effect conclusions could be inferred from this observational analysis, the lack of negative correlations between mask usage and COVID-19 cases and deaths suggest that the widespread use of masks at a time when an effective intervention was most needed, i.e., during the strong 2020-2021 autumn-winter peak, was not able to reduce COVID-19 transmission,” the study concluded. “Moreover, the moderate positive correlation between mask usage and deaths in Western Europe also suggests that the universal use of masks may have had harmful unintended consequences.”
Dr. Fauci was called out by Senator Rand Paul last week for supporting ‘boosters’ for small children — another public policy for which there is no strong scientific support.
“Dr. Fauci, the government recommends everybody take a booster over age five,” Paul began. “Are you aware of any studies that show reduction in hospitalization or death for children who take a booster?”
“Right now?” Fauci asked. “There’s not enough data that has been accumulated, Senator Paul, to indicate that that’s the case. I believe that the recommendation that was made was based on the assumption that if you look at the morbidity and mortality of children within each of the age groups, you know, 0 to 5, 5 to 11…”
“So there are no studies, and Americans should all know this,” Paul remarked. “There are no studies on children showing a reduction in hospitalization or death with taking a booster.”
So, when it comes to masks, vaccines stopping the spread, the benefits of childhood vaccinations, and lockdowns, Dr. Anthony Fauci has been on the wrong side of virtually every issue related to Covid-19. It has now become The Science™ to be literally wrong on every scientific issue.
