Jen Psaki Confronted About Obama’s 700-Person Birthday Bash After White House ‘Superspreader’ Event

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki was asked an uncomfortable question about former President Obama’s 60th birthday bash this Wednesday.

The birthday party will contain A-list celebrities like Oprah, George Clooney & Steven Spielberg and the rock band Pearl Jam will also perform. It is set to take place at Obamas’ $12 million, 30-acre waterfront property in Martha’s Vinyard. There are 700 people expected to show up, including 475 invited guests and 200 staff.

“Is President Obama setting the wrong example about how serious Covid-19 is by hosting a big birthday party with hundreds of people this week?” Fox News Peter Doocy asked Psaki on Monday.

Psaki replied that she couldn’t offer specifics, but pointed at the CDC’s guidance for indoor settings in high or substantial high zones of Covid cases.

“This event, according to all the public reporting, is outdoors and in a moderate zone, but in addition, there is testing requirements and other steps they are taking which I’m sure they can outline for you in more detail,” she added.

Doocy then asked Psaki if the birthday party “might become a super-spreader event.”

“The guidance is about what steps people can take when they’re in public settings,” Psaki replied, adding that “indoor settings specifically was the new guidance, to keep themselves and others safe. In terms of what protocols they are taking, I would refer you to them and I’m sure they can give you more details.”

The event is going to be a bigger gathering than any average American could possibly get for a party. But that doesn’t stop Democrats from moralizing and wagging their fingers at people who merely want to have family gatherings.

“It’s going to be big,” one source told The Hill. But one person who won’t be in attendance at the shindig will be President Biden. A White House official confirmed this to The Hill.

“While President Biden is unable to attend this weekend, he looks forward to catching up with former President Obama soon and properly welcoming him into the over 60 club,” a White House official said Biden is slated to be in Rehoboth Beach in Delaware on Friday.

Earlier on Monday, Senator Lindsey Graham Senator Lindsey Graham said he had a “breakthrough case” of COVID-19, accompanied by “flu-like symptoms,” despite being fully vaccinated.

“I was just informed by the House physician I have tested positive for COVID-19 even after being vaccinated,” Graham said at a press conference.

White House officialswho have gone unnamed and a Nancy Pelosi staffer tested positive for coronavirus despite a ‘superspreader’ event caused by nearly 60 Texas Democratic state legislators who had fled the state for Washington D.C. a few weeks ago.

At least six of the Texas Democrats tested positive for COVID-19 and flaunted that they were not wearing masks in photos posted on social media.

The Obama birthday bash accompanies other recent incidents of Democrats flouting new CDC guidance that indicates Americans can get COVID despite being vaccinated. D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser was photographed by a Washington Examiner reporter without a mask on at an indoor wedding over the weekend. Speaker Nancy Pelosi violated CDC guidance at a press conference within 48 hours of mandating new mask rules in the House of Representatives.

The Democratic Party could not be more obvious about its lack of sincerity with mask mandates that are causing real damage to Americans across the country.
