It might be time to finally talk about that ’25th amendment.’
At a press conference touting his $2 trillion “infrastructure” plan in Lacrosse, Wisconsin on Tuesday, Joe Biden unleashed one of the most bizarre outbursts in presidential history. Watch:
“Joeeeyyy babyyy,” Biden bizarrely burst out at the press conference, while grabbing his own cheek.
It was apparently an allusion to mobster movies drawing on tired stereotypes about Italian-Americans.
Regardless, there were other signs that Biden’s mental acumen wasn’t exactly up-to-snuff on Tuesday. Biden was about to cite a mathematical figure, then gave up midway through the sentence.

“You know, there’s 400,000… well, we won’t get into the numbers, I’ll get a little carried away…” he said, before trailing off.
But no Biden press conference would be complete without bringing back the infamous whisper, which he unveiled and did multiple times at his last presser to rave reviews.

“People say, ‘well that’s a giveaway.’ Hey guys,” Biden said, before whispering, “I think it’s time to give ordinary people a tax break.” (If it’s one thing Biden knows, it’s ‘ordinary people.’)
At a Thursday presser, Biden leaned over and began speaking in a strange whisper.
“I got them $1.9 trillion relief so far,” he said as the room fell into an uncomfortable hush. “They’re going to be getting checks in the mail that are consequential this week for child care. A lot has been happened already.”
“Number one,” he continued, presumably while everyone wondered what the hell was going on. “Number two, I will fight like heck to get them the rest of what I think has to be done.”
“On education, for example,” he kept on without missing a beat. “My proposal was in the family plan, early education and free community college. I am going to fight like the devil to get that done but it is not with Republican help. I will have to get every Democrat and do it through reconciliation if it gets done.”
“So, that’s number one,” he said, apparently forgetting that he had already mentioned ‘number one.’
We are witnessing the decline of a U.S. president before our very eyes. Maybe this is why they hid Joe Biden during the 2020 presidential campaign. It’s a sad sight to see.
