You would think as much as President Joe Biden talks about Covid-19 that he would know who runs his own public health agencies.
That assumption would be wrong. On Tuesday, Biden visited a Covid vaccination clinic and wrongly praised an official who he said is ‘running the CDC.’ Watch:
“See Dr. Jha, see that guy right there?” Biden said while pulling down his mask. “He’s the guy that’s running the CDC for me these days.”
But that, of course, would be CDC Director Rochelle Walensky, who has taken a visible role in pushing for Covid vaccinations. Dr. Ashish Jha would be the White House Coronavirus Response Coordinator.
Of course, what difference, at this point, does any of this make when the ‘fully vaxxed’ and ‘double-boosted’ Biden is walking around masked children while tugging relentlessly at his worthless mask?
President Joe Biden recently argued that Congress needs more funding to fight the Covid pandemic. In the process, he made the argument there will be a “second pandemic.”
“Mr. President, are you confident… I know you are looking for more money from Congress for this vaccine campaign and for Covid funding going into the fall. How much of the supply of vaccines for these small children is there and how many of the nation’s kids will you be able to get vaccinated before you need more money from Congress?” a reporter asked.
“We’ll get through least this year,” Biden responded. “We do need more money. But we don’t just need more money for vaccines for children, eventually, we need more money to plan for the second pandemic. There’s going to be another pandemic. We have to think ahead.”
The Biden administration has blamed the nation’s mounting crises on a “once-in-a-generation” pandemic.
“We know families are concerned about inflation and the stock market,” White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said on June 13. ” That is something that the President is — is really aware of. And so, look, we face global challenges… You know, Putin — Putin’s price hike, inflation, coming out of a once-in-a-generation global pandemic — all of those things play a factor.”
It looks like whenever the Democratic Party needs a “crisis” to take an advantage of, however, once-in-a-century disasters like global pandemics can happen every two or three years. Odd.
